Patients are requested to visit the Insurance Desk to begin the cashless treatment process.
Provide all necessary documents, including your insurance details and KYC, at the Insurance Desk.
Our Insurance Desk team will submit your pre-authorization request to the insurance company.
Before the procedure, patients are requested to pay the Billing Counter the difference between the estimated amount and the approved pre-authorization amount.
The minimum time to receive pre-authorization approval from the insurance company is typically 3 to 6 hours.
Patients will receive all necessary discharge-related documents from the Nurses’ Station.
The Insurance Desk will submit an enhancement request to the insurance company if additional approval is required.
Any refund will be processed only after the insurance company’s payment is actually received by the hospital.
